Terms.
These terms apply to License and Beta seats. Read them before you pay.
1. The product
Serenity is unofficial software for Minecraft 26.1. It is a paid, invite-only client. We license a seat. We do not sell source code, and we do not transfer ownership of the client.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You must have been invited by staff. Filing a request does not create a contract.
3. Seat and hardware lock
A License or Beta seat is bound to one person and one hardware profile. Sharing, resale, account lending, or cracking voids the seat without refund.
4. Payment
Payment is taken only after staff accept a request. Prices on the License page may change. A granted seat is billed at the figure stated in the invite message.
5. Refunds
If you pay and the seat is never issued, we refund that payment. After the loader has unlocked for your hardware, the fee is not refundable.
6. Server rules and bans
Using Serenity may break a server's rules and can result in a ban or other penalty. You accept that risk. We are not responsible for lost items, lost time, or lost accounts.
7. Conduct
Do not leak builds, configs, recordings of private Beta modules, or invite lists. Do not harass staff or other seats. We may revoke a seat for leak, chargeback, or abuse.
8. Minecraft
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios and Microsoft. Serenity is not approved by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.
9. Warranty
The client is provided as is. Updates for new Minecraft versions are not promised. Beta builds can break. We will try to keep the License branch playable on 26.1.
