Privacy.
How Serenity handles request forms, seat auth, and the small amount of data this site stores in the browser.
1. What we collect
When you file a request we store Discord name, Minecraft IGN, referral, home server, seat choice, and the note you write. If a seat is issued we also store a hardware profile, loader login times, and the IP used at auth.
2. Why we collect it
We use this information to review invites, lock a seat to one person, deliver builds, prevent sharing, and contact you about the client.
3. Cookies
This site stores a request id in local storage after you submit the form. We do not run advertising cookies. Analytics, if added later, will be listed here before they ship.
4. Sharing
We do not sell request data. Staff and payment processors see what they need to issue a seat. We may share records if required by law.
5. Retention
Declined requests are kept for 12 months. Active seats are kept for the life of the seat plus 24 months. You can ask staff to close a seat and delete the request note.
6. Hardware data
The hardware profile is used only to bind the loader. It is not published. A reset requires staff review.
7. Children
Serenity is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
